As the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist at our Tartu operations, my primary focus is to identify and mitigate risks to employee health and safety while advocating for sustainability in all practices. While there is already a strong commitment to fostering an efficient working environment and a culture of safety, as well as environmental awareness, I firmly believe in the importance of further advancing these efforts. I am fully dedicated to promoting sustainability, enhancing safety measures, and supporting initiatives that contribute to a safe, responsible, and environmentally conscious workplace for everyone.
