CSRD.

Most of our partners and clients will fall under the frameworks of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Since Foxway’s core business model is built on a circular economy, we will strive to ensure that our revenue remains sustainable and compliant with the new EU standards (ESRS E5) as part of our long-term strategy. As a Foxway partner and customer, you can expect us to accurately report on your business relations with us accordingly.

This means that Foxway, along with our partners, must conduct a thorough double materiality analysis to document the impact of our business in both planetary and financial terms. Additionally, all enterprises will be required to disclose relevant sustainability data, such as carbon and waste footprints.

You can find Foxway’s legacy disclosures based on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) from 2022 onward in our Report Archive. Starting in the reporting year 2025, we will publish sustainability data according to the ESRS standard, disclosing all required KPIs in line with CSRD (including EU taxonomy alignment) in our financial report.

As a customer, we will help you with following reporting and efforts in relation to CSRD.

  • Transparent and accurate CO₂ data (based on GHG reporting standards) regarding your services and products from Foxway, including energy use and logistics.
